"Easy return, no stress"
I ended up ordering the wrong size and was a little worried the return would be a pain, but it was actually really easy. I just filled out the form, sent the item back, and got updates along the way without having to follow up with anyone.
The refund showed up a few days after they received the package. No random fees, no hassle, and nothing confusing. It was actually one of the easiest online returns I’ve dealt with.

"Exchange took a little longer than I expected"
I did end up getting my exchange, so everything worked out in the end. From my experience, though, the replies felt a bit slow, which made the process feel longer than it probably needed to be.

for the price I thought it was a solid buy, the stuff looked decent when it showed up and even though shipping took a little longer than I hoped, I wasn’t too bothered because the prices were fair and it still felt worth it in the end

I had to return my order because it just didn’t really work in my room, and I felt kind of trapped for a minute, like I was going to be stuck with something I couldn’t use. I was nervous the refund would turn into a whole hassle, but Modholic got back to me quickly and made it simple. Once I sent the item back, the money was back on my card within a few days. No annoying back and forth, no extra stress. I really appreciated how smooth it was.

"I really liked the look and style..."
I really liked the look and style of the clothes, but I’m too mentally drained to deal with weird sizing right now. I ordered my usual size and it ended up feeling tight around the waist and shoulders, which was frustrating. It’s not awful or anything, I just wish the size chart was more accurate so I knew what to expect. Shipping was fine. Overall, 3 stars from me.

My order did show up, so I can’t complain too much, but I do have a basic standard when it comes to delivery updates. The tracking was slow to refresh, and the package ended up arriving a few days late. It wasn’t a terrible experience, I just would’ve felt better if the updates were more reliable.

My order arrived with one of the parts cracked, which was definitely frustrating. That said, customer support got back to me the same day and arranged a replacement quickly. It wasn’t the smoothest start, but they handled the situation professionally and without any hassle. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out, so I’m giving 5 stars.

Well... I ordered from modholic.com and ended up reaching out to customer service because I wasn’t getting a clear shipping update. They did get back to me, but the replies were slower than I expected, with a couple days between messages.
The person I talked to was polite and did answer my question eventually, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience. I just had to follow up once and wish they were a bit more responsive overall

"Pretty much exactly what I expected"
I ordered this from modholic.com it was just like the description said. The color was right, the size worked out, and the material felt like what I thought it would from the page. I always get a little nervous with online photos because sometimes things look way better on the site, you know? But this one was accurate. No weird surprises when it showed up, which I appreciate. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I was browsing modholic on my phone and it was smooth, the pages loaded quickly, everything was easy to find, I didn’t have to tap around forever looking for what I needed, and checkout was simple enough that I was done before I really had time to get annoyed.

Got my order from modholic.com and, believe it or not, everything was exactly what I picked. The sizes, colors, and items all matched, which is apparently a rare modern miracle these days. No awkward back-and-forth emails, no detective work, no “where did this random item come from?” moment.
The shipping box showed up in decent shape too, and nothing was missing, so that was nice. it was a simple experience, which is exactly what I wanted. Super exciting? Not really. But accurate and hassle-free? Yes, and I’d order again.

"I liked the modern vibe on Modholic..."
I liked the modern vibe on Modholic, especially compared to some other furniture sites I’ve browsed that feel a little outdated. A lot of the pieces have that clean, simple look that would actually fit well in my apartment. That said, the shopping experience felt a bit uneven to me, and I wasn’t always totally sure about the details on certain items. Overall, it’s decent and I’d still consider buying something, but I think it could be a little more polished.

I ordered from modholic and the item did arrive in good shape, so no issue there. My brain kind of expects tracking to update regularly and shipping to stick close to the estimate, so when it took a few extra days and the tracking barely changed, I just assumed it was moving slower than usual. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just not as quick as I hoped. I’d probably order again, but only if I didn’t need it right away
